Young Voices Sing at the O2

“As we entered the colossal O2, our thoughts were… THIS IS AMAZING! We were all mixed up with nerves and excitement. We all went inside to practice. There were some songs we did not practice but quickly learnt them. When the rehearsal finished we went back to get changed and eat our dinner. Then it was time for the big thing!

We were so excited we just wanted to scream. As we entered the arena we saw all of our parents. It was awesome!  When we started singing it felt like there was nobody there because it was so dark. After the first song the ‘Beat Boxers’ came. They made us do wind, rain and thunder. It was an amazing event I shall never forget.”

O2

“Today is the day,

we go away

to somewhere very special.

Singing with heart

all through the day

We don’t have to pay

to have it this way.

Thanks to our teacher

who is very kind

he helped us be in the right frame of mind!”
